Membership Guidelines and Bylaws
Forum
As a member of Managed Clans, you agree to support Managed Clans, by remaining active on our website. You are expected to login to our website at least once every two weeks, and to post, once every thirty days.
Teamspeak
It is a requirement that all our members have and use Teamspeak. You should be on Teamspeak when playing one of our supported games.
Remote-View
Some divisions require us to use a remote view program (Teamviewer), to view your computer for hacks and or exploits. Form this point forward; I will refer to remote-view as being teamviewed. If you are a member of one of these divisions, you will be teamviewed before you enter our clan. You must also consent to random teamviews that could happen as much as, but not limited to, once a month. You will be teamviewed for hacks not only found on our active divisions, but also in any online game. Any hacks and or exploits found is grounds for immediate removal or denial.
ACTIVITY
As a Managed Clan’s member you are expected to remain active in game, on Teamspeak and on our forums. If you’re not seen for a week or two, you will be sent a warning email that your activity is in question. If no reply is received then you could be removed from our organization.
CLAN WAR
Under no circumstances is a member to go into a clan war without an officer present. Our officers use a database and a blacklist, which only they have access to. While you are in a clan war, it is required that every member playing, be signed on to our voice server. The only person that should speak to the other clan is the officer running the room. It is important that there is no name calling and we remain professional at all times. If we go into a war and the other team is hacking, then it is the responsibility of every member in that war to collect evidence to forward to that game’s support. Small idle chat with the other team is permitted, but flooding of the chat server is not. Remain professional at all times.
MATURE
It is important that as a clan member you act mature at all times. Cursing on our Teamspeak is not permitted. Act responsible as we have members that have young children listening, and shouldn't have to listen to that sort of language. A bad word here and there, will slip in, but control the foul language. Joking around is fine in the "The Chatroom" channel, unless it is disturbing the other members. Have respect for your clan mates. Under no circumstances should you act immature in game. We are a mature clan and don't hackusate or rage in game. Treat others as you want to be treated!
DUAL CLANNING
If you have an alt account in another clan, on the same game, then don't apply here. Dual clanning is not permitted and if any member is found to be dual clanning the member will be removed. If you are in a division we play, you are expected to be in our clan on that division.
EULA / TOS
It is understood that any violation of any division’s TOS / End User Licence Agreements is also grounds for removal from our clans. This includes, but not limited to, the buying or selling of accounts. You must make every effort to follow each division’s rules.
